In his position as PEI’s Centre Director, Joshua works closely with all the centre’s associates and support staff to ensure the smooth operation of day to day activities. He also works on an organizational level to create, plan, and implement programs within the CFIR. Joshua was born and raised on the Island and holds a Bachelor’s specialization in Psychology from the University of Ottawa, a Master of Arts in Counselling from Saint Paul University, and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Prince Edward Island.

Joshua has had a thriving clinical practice in Ontario for over a decade, and is currently in the process of seeking the appropriate regulatory designations on Prince Edward Island. He expects to open his in-person clinical practice in early fall, 2026. Until then, he will be supporting CFIR Charlottetown as its Director.
