Taking the first step toward therapy is an act of courage and self-care. Whether you are seeking support individually or as a couple, therapy can provide relief, clarity, and restoration—supporting both your emotional and physical well-being. Choosing the right therapist is an important part of this journey, and I am here to offer a safe, compassionate space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered.
I work predominantly with individuals and couples, supporting personal growth and strengthening relational connections. In couples therapy, I help partners deepen emotional intimacy, improve communication, and foster mutual understanding through an attachment-informed lens, recognizing how attachment patterns shape connection and conflict. A key focus of this work is helping each partner feel genuinely heard while learning to slow down, pause together, and respond in a more present, regulated, and intentional way. I also support couples navigating betrayal and infidelity, helping partners process the impact of rupture, rebuild trust, and determine together how they would like to move forward. Couples therapy can support relationship repair, strengthen the partnership, and positively influence parenting and family dynamics—creating a foundation for healthier, more connected relationships.
As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw from Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), mindfulness, and humanistic/experiential approaches to tailor therapy to your unique experiences. I am also trained and deeply passionate about trauma-informed therapy, supporting clients with complex presentations, including personality disorders. My approach emphasizes safety, stabilization, and regulation while helping clients explore the impact of past experiences on present-day patterns, relationships, and emotional well-being.
In our first session, we work collaboratively to understand your experiences, challenges, and goals. From there, we develop a personalized plan that integrates evidence-based strategies with your strengths and insights, creating a clear and supportive path forward. Throughout our work together, we move at a pace that feels safe and intentional—balancing reflection with practical tools so change feels both meaningful and sustainable.
I hold a Master of Psychology from Adler Graduate Professional School and am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I currently practice at CFIR under the supervision of Dr. Joshua Peters, Psy.D., C. Psych (Supervised Practice), and have experience supporting individuals and couples across a wide range of emotional, relational, and mental health concerns. Over the past decade, I have also provided holistic clinical services as a certified nutritional practitioner, supporting clients with digestive health, endocrine balance, and overall well-being. I recognize that life can feel overwhelming, stressful, and emotionally demanding, and my goal is to partner with you to restore balance, deepen self-understanding, and support meaningful, lasting change in your life and relationships.
