I am certified in emotional intelligence assessment, EQ-i 2.0. This evaluation provides my clients with an in-depth look at their 5 core personality traits and 15 key sub-components they can expand on to improve their reach in their personal and professional lives.

With over 20 years’ experience in Technology as a business leader providing clarity and customer excellence in many industries across the private and public sectors, I understand the complexities at the C-Suite level all the way to the help desk. It’s my goal to take what I have learnt in the field and apply an empathetic lens to business and excel.

In a world faced with automation and innovation, many professionals are looking to increase their resiliency factor and lead the rest of their career in a manner that will shape and grow.

As Founder of EQFootprints, a leadership coaching business, I am committed to supporting professionals with an array of coaching and vocational tools. I am also passionate about giving back to our community. I volunteer as a Mentor with the TRIEC mentorship program, mentoring newcomers to Canada. It’s a great opportunity to support the evolution of newcomer professional integration practices in Canada and helping families in continuing to build for their future in a new environment.

I am currently Co-Lead of the Career Coaching and Counselling Service as well as the Career & Vocational Assessment Service at CFIR, providing a large array of personalized testing to compliment one-on-one coaching tailored specifically to individual client needs. I work under the direct supervision of Dr. Lila Hakim, C.Psych.

Since 2016 I have provided keynote speaking and participated in panels on the following topics: Women in Leadership, Authentic Self, Managing Bias in the Workplace.
