While fulfilling relationships are essential to our overall well-being, building and maintaining meaningful connections can feel increasingly challenging in today’s world. Whether you are seeking individual healing or looking to strengthen your relationship with a partner or partners, you do not have to navigate this process alone. I warmly welcome the opportunity to support you on your therapeutic journey.

I support individuals and couples navigating stress, mental health concerns, and complex relational dynamics. My experience includes working with anxiety, depression, personality disorders, loneliness, communication challenges, neurodivergence, parenting, sexuality, gender identity, trauma, and intimate partner violence.

My therapeutic approach is person-centred and trauma-informed, grounded in an understanding of the neurobiological foundations of mental health and trauma. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities to tailor therapy to your unique needs, including Attachment Theory, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. I am also trained in the Gottman Method, which informs my work with couples.

Throughout our work together, I strive to create a compassionate, non-judgmental, and curious therapeutic space. My goal is to help you understand and heal the parts of yourself that carry difficult emotions, thoughts, and lived experiences. In our first session, we will explore your concerns within the context of your identities and life experiences. In subsequent sessions, we will work toward your goals through a balance of insight-building, and the application of evidence-based techniques.

I am a Registered Social Worker and received my Master of Social Work from King’s University College. I also hold both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Neuroscience from Carleton University. During my graduate studies, I delivered lectures on stress, addiction, and neuroscience translation. My professional and volunteer experience spans a variety of settings, including addictions services, gender-based violence supports, and work within 2SLGBTQIA+ communities.
