Cassandra Muileboom, R.P. (Qualifying)
Hi, I’m Cassandra. I believe self-understanding can be a powerful starting point for healing. When life feels confusing, overwhelming, or painful, therapy can offer a compassionate space to make sense of your experiences and move toward the life you want.
As an Associate at the Centre for Interpersonal Relationships (CFIR), I work with individuals, couples, and groups navigating complex trauma, anxiety, neurodivergence, relationship concerns, emotional distress, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, client-centred, and grounded in curiosity, compassion, and respect.
Drawing from psychodynamic and relational perspectives, I support clients in exploring how earlier experiences and relationship patterns may influence present-day emotions, behaviours, and connections. I also integrate practical, evidence-based strategies to help manage anxiety, regulate difficult emotions, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change.
I understand that starting therapy can feel vulnerable. From our first session, we will work together to clarify your goals and create a process that feels supportive and manageable. As an African Canadian woman, I value culturally responsive and inclusive care, and I welcome people from all backgrounds, cultures, identities, and relationship structures. Services are available in English and French.
