Acknowledging your own struggles and reaching out for support is an act of deep courage. Life often presents us with moments of uncertainty, emotional pain, and change, and in those moments, having a safe space to process, reflect, and heal can make all the difference. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, burnout, or major life transitions, it’s important to know that you don’t have to face it alone. Prioritizing your emotional well-being is not just a step forward, it’s a meaningful choice toward living a life with greater clarity, connection, and fulfillment.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology, specializing in trauma-focused psychotherapy. My approach integrates a wide range of evidence-based modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I also bring advanced training in Neurofeedback, allowing me to address trauma from a biological as well as psychological perspective.

Throughout my clinical journey, I’ve worked in diverse settings such as nonprofit organizations, schools, and private practice. I have supported individuals experiencing workplace stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), grief, and life transitions. My therapeutic style is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s unique path. I aim to help clients cultivate self-awareness, strengthen their inner resources, and initiate sustainable, transformative change.

In my trauma work, I specialize in EMDR and combine it with approaches like EFT, DBT skills, and IFS to support deeper emotional healing. Through Neurofeedback, I help clients better understand how trauma lives in the body and how nervous system regulation can lead to improved emotional stability and resilience. I also draw on systemic therapy principles, recognizing the interconnected nature of our biological, emotional, relational, and social experiences.

My focus is on trauma recovery, accompanying individuals as they process and integrate the impact of painful experiences. From our very first session, we’ll work together to clarify your goals and develop a treatment plan rooted in science and tailored to your unique story. Initially, our work may focus on symptom relief and emotional stabilization. As therapy progresses, we’ll explore deeper patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and relationships to foster long-term growth and self-understanding. Above all, I strive to create a therapeutic space that feels safe, attuned, and collaborative. I want you to feel seen, heard, and supported, empowered to reconnect with yourself, your values, and your sense of purpose. Healing is not only possible; it is a powerful and liberating journey of reconnection.

Beyond my clinical practice, I am a contributing author in the book International Trends in Neurofeedback, and a member of the International Society for Neurofeedback and Research (ISNR) and the Mexican Society of Bio and Neurofeedback (SMBN). I am a Registered Psychotherapist in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), a licensed psychologist with the Chilean Superintendence of Health, and a Board-Certified Neurofeedback Clinician (BCIA). I also hold affiliations with the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance (BCN), the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA), and the EMDR International Association (EMDRIA), reflecting my commitment to lifelong learning and professional excellence.

My intention is to walk alongside you with care and integrity as you move toward healing, emotional balance, and personal growth. Together, we will identify meaningful goals and build on your strengths, so that you can live with greater ease, purpose, and connection.
